July goals, and I’m baaaackkk (For good).

Okay, so apologies. It seems like every post lately begins with apologizing for my lack of blogging! I’ve been working some pretty long hours lately (read: 50+ a week), and that leaves barely any time for anything, let alone blogging. But I’m back now, with some July goals:

1. Eat regular meals – I tend to be a grazer, so instead of restrict/bingeing, I’m going to try and eat several little meals throughout the day. Hopefully this will help me curb the bingeing.

2. Exercise – I’m going to try and exercise for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. I’ve been a real stress case lately, so this will be to help me relieve this!

Other than that, I’m trying to stay goal-light this month. I really need to get back on track, binge wise I’ve had a horrible few months. I’ve got my fingers crossed 🙂
